Projects

Content in Media Pocket is arranged into projects and subprojects. You may see all your projects on the Latest Projects site, or via Quick Menu on the left.

Create a project

Users can create new projects and subprojects. A new root project can be created from the Quick Menu or on the header +Create button.

The project must always have a title. You can also add Description and External ID.

Subprojects are created directly to the project or you may move a project to another project. Read more on Delete, copy and move assets and projects.

It's also possible to create projects/subprojects on-the-fly when moving assets to a project.

Visibility and sharing

When creating a project, you may choose project visibility. Read more on Invite members to project, collection or drop.

Note: If the project is made private, all members from the parent project are automatically invited to subprojects created.

Project tools

Via project tools you can edit the project and view 'Details' metadata

From the sidebar on the right, you may edit the metadata and members, browse the history log, and leave comments to your teammates.

Add thumbnail

You may also add a thumbnail image to the project via Edit.

By default, all images that are located in the project will be listed, as well as subprojects that can be navigated into by clicking. Toggling on "Search all" from the top-right corner, you're able to search all projects you have access and select a thumbnail from there.

Search from project 

All projects have internal search and filtering functions to find assets/projects. This can be done by clicking the Search this project button found inside the project. After clicking the button you're able to use all search filters and search through the project hierarchy.
