From the 'Edit' dropdown button above the asset, you'll find a few different actions for your assets.
- 'Move to trash bin' lets you delete an asset/project by moving it to the trash bin, from where they are permanently deleted automatically after 14 days if not restored
- 'Remove media' which immediately deletes the media and mediainfo from asset while transforming the asset into a placeholder. Deleted assets go to the trash bin, from where they are permanently deleted automatically after 14 days if not restored
- 'Move to project' lets you move the asset to another project
- 'Remove from project' lets you remove individual assets from their parent project without deleting it entirely
When moving to another project, you are able to either navigate through projects by hierarchy or search all projects by toggle on "Search all".
Removed assets move to the "Unassigned" section found in quick menu.
From the 'More' dropdown button 'Duplicate' that lets you create a duplicate of an asset inside the same or to another project. For projects you can copy the entire project or just the assets or metadata.
