Visitors - Guests

Working with digital assets often requires collaboration with third parties, such as freelancers, marketing agencies, or partners. You might not want to give external users full access to your environment but only share a particular project with them. For visitors, there is a Guest-role, that allows the visitors to belong to one project, collection or drop at a time.

Inside the project the guest can upload and download all the assets, and create new sub-projects. A guest cannot delete any assets or invite new members. Guests don't have visibility to any other content outside of the project they belong to.

Invite and remove Guests

1. Go to the project's Members panel click +Add a guest

2. Enter an email

3. Click Invite.

4. Media Pocket sends an email invitation to a guest

If you want to remove a guest from the project, simply click "remove" next to the guest's name.

Note: Only admin users can deactivate guest accounts. If you wish to delete a guest user from your Media Pocket, contact your admin.
