Logs and monitoring

Admins can monitor Loader processes on the Loader page that can be accessed via quick menu.

Loaders show the Loaders connected to your environment.

Note, by default only Loaders that are online are listed. Click "Show offline" to see Loaders that are offline at the moment. 

Loader Processes list all complete, processing, failed, timeout and canceled processes.

You may filter the results based on Job type (archive, restore, drop or ingest), Status (completed, failed, etc.), Loader (if there are several Loaders installed), and the user who has initiated the process. 

Failed or timeouted processes can be cleared by pressing "x"

Logs and Retry

To see the log, click the process you want to inspect. On the log, you may also follow the live view for ongoing processes.

If the job is failed, you may retry or cancel the job on the top right corner of the log view.
