Search Settings

The word search covers words used in the Title or Description, AI tags with over 80% confidence, and EXIF/IPTC metadata fields Creator, Copyright, and Keywords.

If the default listing includes metadata fields that are not relevant to your, you may adjust the word search in Settings. This feature allows you to, for example, leave out AI tags if you prefer to get only results with the metadata you have created.

In the Search settings, you may add and remove fields that global word search is using. Custom fields that field types are text and are set searchable can be added to word search.

You can also add attachments to search settings. By enabling this in search settings, attachments that match the search will also be displayed.

The settings are located under the Filters.

Selected data fields are added to the word search. By default, none of the custom fields are added to the word search.

On Search Settings you may include attachments to search results, by default attachments are not searchable.

Note: search settings are personal and don't affect to the search results of other users.
