Media assets

Media Pocket supports a vast range of common codecs and media formats. However, please note that while we aim to provide near-universal support for all formats and features, there are always quirks and features that might prevent one codec from performing a function that works with every other codec. Most common image, video and audio formats are supported.

 

If you encounter any issues, please get in touch with our support team by clicking the “Support” button on your interface or sending an email to hello (a) mediapocket.io and we will look into it.

 

Documents

Besides video, audio, and image formats, you may upload and view pdf and docx files in Media Pocket. Other formats such as xls and ppt can be uploaded and stored in Media Pocket but not viewed in the browser. 

NOTE: If you face challenges when uploading documents, please check if the document has the type specified in the filename, e.g. example.pdf or example.docx.
