Media Pocket has metadata tools to collect, create and save technical and administrative metadata.
From the Details user might edit asset's metadata, such as add/edit tags, category, description, and title.
For more domain-specific needs there are Custom Fields that allow users to create metadata types fitting their requirements.
Mediainfo
EXIF and IPTC metadata
When opening individual assets, you can look through the embedded metadata of the given asset by clicking on the “media info” button. EXIF and IPTC tab cover technical metadata, such as resolution, size, etc, and administrative metadata such as copyright, creator, and keywords.
If the asset has pre-set title and description metadata, the Details section is automatically updated with this information during the upload.
Metadata can be used to find the right assets (read more on Word Search and Filters) and to support digital rights management.
Technical metadata
Depending on the file type there is more technical metadata about the asset. The information covers everything from the proportions and video frame rate to file size and format.
For video assets, the technical metadata includes more in-depth information on both the video and audio files.
You can also view all actions performed within the selected asset/project in the History section.
